What is the MSPCA?
Where do all these kittens come from?
Well, the obvious answer is from cats. Cats as young as 6 months old. Cats who have not been spayed or neutered. If you have a cat who has not been fixed, we can help you keep them from becoming part of the problem. If you inherited or rescued a cat and did not realize how much you might have to pay for this procedure, we can help you.
